Sheraton Bellevue Hotel

My room was recently renovated and had handy USB ports for charging my devices. Also, there was a fridge available, which was super convenient. 🙌

Clean hotel with very welcoming staff from the waiter in the restaurant.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the a double room, plus a safe box, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. Delicious breakfast with the usual fare for all tastes. Location just off city centre, the local malls, and Bellevue for 11 nights in September 2018...

I had a great, comfortable one-night stay here, everything was well-maintained, and the room had large, cozy furniture with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Good staff, great facilities and comfort. Nicely decorated rooms and bathrooms. Very clean.

We booked a double room for 4 people (as advertised on the site) but found the beds to be quite small for 2 adults to fit in.

The incredibly nice staff accommodated all our needs. the location was excellent and amazing, just off neighboring shopping areas and the botanical garden. - the hotel is conveniently close to the restaurant and the nearby Bellevue Square mall. - It's a great place to stay in the Bellevue area.

Central location! the place is right in the heart of everything. They really cared about making sure we were happy with everything. 😊

Great location for accessing downtown Bellevue, with shuttle service available. Comfortable king bed and friendly staff. Cleanliness is outstanding.

The building is nice and the rooms are reasonably large with added USB ports and a great mattress. Particularly good location, just off Bellevue and near nearby restaurants. the hotel also offers ample desk space in the rooms.

Staying at this hotel was a great choice. The cleanliness and up-to-date hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially Ginger, were pretty good too ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were eager to make sure I was happy with everything. The location of the hotel, close to the Bellevue business area, made it convenient for my needs. the free parking and available transportation options were a big plus. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including the ability to order off-menu for those with dietary restrictions. the hotel staff and amenities made my stay comfortable and convenient.

I was kinda surprised by the attentive and friendly staff at Sheraton. They were really good too ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One specific situation that stood out to me was when I had a small issue with the thermostat in my room. I called reception and within minutes, a member of the maintenance team arrived at my door to fix it. They were efficient and knowledgeable, and I appreciated their prompt response. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the small size of the room and the lack of a TV remote, I found the overall experience at Sheraton to be positive. The hotel was clean and the location was convenient. The staff's really good customer service made a difference and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a great stay at Sheraton and would be happy to return in the future.
